GAGE Presents at TAG National Convention

At the 22nd Annual TAG Convention, GAGE’s own Chad Brouillette was given the opportunity to speak to the convention attendees about how to exceed customer expectations. 

Exceeding what a customer expects fo you seems like an impossible task, but not with the proper steps. Chad explained the Business Review Process that GAGE goes through to ensure their customer’s loyalty. By maintaining an active, positive relationship with customers, confirming accuracy of customer products and billing, identifying service performance, uncovering opportunities from customer activity, and presenting new products and services that were previously unknown to them, GAGE can ensure continued customer support and satisfaction. 

Performing Business Reviews for our customers has allowed us to become more of a consultant as opposed to a service provider, which is one of our most important goals.
