How much do the phones cost?

Phone pricing will be outlined clearly on your custom quote. In some cases, hardware costs are bundled into your monthly service plan (appearing as $0 on your quote) giving your business a true fixed-cost telecommunication model. Predictable pricing means easier budgeting and more control over your technology spend.

Do I still need my current phone provider?

No. When you switch to Gage Cloud Voice, GAGE becomes your full-service phone provider. We transfer your existing business phone numbers into our network, all you need is an Internet connection. If your current service is part of a bundle, the phone portion transitions to GAGE while your Internet service remains unaffected. Simpler billing, fewer vendors, one trusted partner.

What happens if my Internet goes down?

Your business keeps running. Gage Cloud Voice is a hosted, cloud-based phone system built with built-in redundancy. If your connection is interrupted, calls are automatically re-routed to a destination you choose — voicemail, an auto-attendant, a cell phone, an answering service, or another office location. When service is restored, calls return to your office without any action required on your end. You can also use the MaxUC mobile app to answer calls and stay fully operational throughout any outage. No downtime. No disruption. No problem.

What is included in my Service Agreement?

Every Gage Cloud Voice customer is automatically enrolled in the GAGE Partner Program — because great technology deserves great support. Your agreement includes:
